Responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems and support for users at Kementrian Perhubungan (BPSDM). Tasks include troubleshooting hardware and software issues, configuring LAN and IP settings, performing RJ45 cable crimping, diagnosing printer and scanner problems, assembling and maintaining PC, laptop, and all-in-one device, and providing on-site technical assistance.
